Privacy Policy

Last updated: 21 August 2026

This website does not use cookies, does not run analytics, and does not track visitors. It contains no advertising and no social media plugins, and loading these pages contacts no one but our own server. The only personal information Evoriane holds about you is what you choose to send us.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by EVORIANE LLC ("Evoriane", "we", "us"), a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. Evoriane is the data controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

2. What this website collects

Simply browsing this website does not require you to provide any personal information, and we do not collect any automatically for our own purposes. Specifically, this website does not:

3. Information you send us

If you use the enquiry form on this website, you provide your name, your email address, optionally the property or subject your enquiry concerns, and the text of your message. We also record that you ticked the consent box, and when.

Nothing is transmitted while you type. When you press send, that information is transmitted to Web3Forms (Web3Creative), the service that receives the form and delivers it to our mailbox. Web3Forms acts as our data processor: it handles the data on our instructions and not for its own purposes. Its servers are in the United States, where submissions are retained for a limited period — up to 30 days under the plan we use — and then deleted automatically. Their privacy notice is published at web3forms.com/privacy.

You are equally welcome to skip the form and write to info@evoriane.com or telephone us instead, in which case your message reaches our inbox directly and no form provider is involved. Either way, we receive whatever you choose to tell us — typically your name, your contact details, details of the property you are enquiring about, and anything else you include.

Why we process it

We use this information solely to read your enquiry, reply to it, and — if it leads to a working relationship — to carry out the services you have asked us about. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell it or share it for anyone else's commercial purposes.

Legal basis

Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies to you, we rely on the following legal bases: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing that contract once it exists (Article 6(1)(b)); and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to our business and in keeping ordinary business records (Article 6(1)(f)).

How long we keep it

Correspondence that does not lead to a working relationship is deleted within 24 months. Where you become a client, we keep records for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards for as long as we are required to for tax, accounting and legal purposes.

4. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. Like any web host, Cloudflare's servers process technical connection data — including your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested and your browser type — for the purpose of delivering the site and protecting it against attack and abuse. Cloudflare acts as our processor for this purpose, and these logs are retained for a short period and are not used by us to identify individual visitors. You can read Cloudflare's own privacy notice at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

5. Who else sees your information

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We share it only where necessary with the providers who make our correspondence possible — Web3Forms, which delivers enquiries submitted through the form, and our email provider, which hosts our mailbox — and with our professional advisers, accountants and lawyers, where they need it to advise us. We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so.

6. International transfers

Evoriane is established in the United States, and our form provider, email provider and host process data on servers located in the United States and elsewhere. If you write to us from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, your information will therefore be transferred outside your country. Where such a transfer is subject to the GDPR, we rely on the appropriate safeguards offered by our providers, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you; to correct it if it is wrong; to delete it; to restrict how we use it; to receive it in a portable format; and to object to our processing it on the basis of legitimate interests. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, write to info@evoriane.com. We will respond within one month. You will not be charged, and exercising your rights will never affect the service you receive from us.

If you are in the EEA or the UK and you believe we have not handled your information properly, you are entitled to complain to your national data protection authority. We would be grateful for the chance to put things right first.

If you are a California resident

Evoriane does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we do not use personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. You may exercise your rights of access and deletion using the email address above.

8. Children

This website is directed at property owners and hospitality businesses. It is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change how this website or our business handles personal information, we will update this page and revise the date shown at the top. Material changes will be brought to the attention of existing clients directly.

10. Contact

Questions about this policy, or about how Evoriane handles your information, should go to info@evoriane.com, or by post to EVORIANE LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.

This policy describes how this website and Evoriane LLC actually handle personal information. It is provided for transparency and does not constitute legal advice. If your obligations change — for example if analytics, a hosted contact form, a booking system or a newsletter is added to this site — this policy must be updated to match.
