Nora Leová
Nora's path into hospitality began with a simple fascination: the way a well-run property can make a traveller feel genuinely at home, anywhere in the world. That curiosity took her into luxury hotels, where she spent the formative years of her career and learned that excellence is rarely about grand gestures — it lives in consistency, in attention, and in anticipating a need before the guest has voiced it.
Over time she moved from hotel operations into property management, drawn to the challenge of bringing that same standard to independent properties that don't have a brand's resources behind them. Today she advises owners and operators of short-term rentals, boutique accommodation and small hotels, combining hands-on operational management with the revenue discipline she learned in the hotel world.
She founded Evoriane to work with owners who care about how their property is run — not only about what it earns, though she is unapologetically focused on that too.
A lifelong equestrian, Nora credits horses with the three things the work demands most: patience, precision, and a steady hand.
